Description of resource: HESSCO provides in home services such as homemaking, personal care and home delivered meals to assist elders in remaining at home as long as possible. Once an elder becomes terminally ill and is nearing the end of life, HESSCO makes referrals to appropriate agency and support services to benefit the elder and family members.
