Description of resource: South Shore Elder Services,Inc (SSES) is a private non-profit corporation, designated as an Aging Services Access Point and an Area Agency of Aging. Our Mission is to promote and maintain an optimal level of elder independence through the coordination of resources, advocacy and caregiver support. We provide a wide array of services including, but not limited to, Information and Referral, Care Management, in home services and community services, caregiver support and education, respite, home delivered meals, money management and elder protective services.
