Description of resource: Franklin County Home Care Corporation is the local Area Agency on Aging and Aging Services Access Point serving Franklin County and the North Quabbin Region. Our mission is to help older Americans, people with disabilities, and caregivers maximize their independence and quality of life through agency programs, referral, and coordination with area providers. Franklin County Home Care is committed to postponing institutional care, facilitating the return to home following an institutional placement, and providing care and support. Contact:
